My name is Peter. I have spent over forty years working as a chef, with the last twenty entirely focused on cooking for children. That experience has shaped my view of food, health, and responsibility. When you cook for growing bodies every day, nutrition goes from being an abstract idea to a daily commitment.

Working closely with children led me to study what young bodies truly need to grow strong and focused. Fresh, natural food quickly became the foundation of my work. I began researching natural health, healing traditions, and the role of nutrient-dense foods in long-term wellbeing. This curiosity grew into a passion for understanding how food supports the body at every stage of life.

Over the years, I have observed clear changes in eating habits caused by modern lifestyles. These changes have led to two major problems in children: malnutrition on one side and obesity on the other. Both issues stem from a lack of essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. Witnessing this firsthand strengthened my belief that real food matters and that taking shortcuts can have serious consequences.

My journey into alternative health grew deeper when my wife and I learned about Moringa. Its nutritional benefits and practical uses revealed to me the power of natural remedies. From then on, I dedicated myself to finding ways to enhance health by starting with nature.

Today, my work focuses on sharing what I have learned. Through my eight-book series on essential oils, I strive to introduce practical methods for natural health based on research, experience, and common sense.
